Return & Refund Policy

Replacement & Refund: If your product arrives in a damaged condition, we will provide a full replacement or a complete refund.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a damage claim, a continuous unboxing video of the package (showing the shipping label and the damage) is mandatory.

Reporting Window: Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.
